TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Minimum value for delivery orders £10.
2. All calls are recorded for training and security purposes.
3. A credit/debit card surcharge of 50p will be added to all card orders.
4. Management reserve the right to cancel or change any offers/deals without prior notice.
5. You must mention any offers at time of placing orders.
6. All telephone orders will be recorded.
7. No refunds will be issued.
8. Complaints must be emailed to admin@issano.com.
9. It is the customers responsibility to notify the shop manager if you suffer from any allergies before you place your order.
